I AM HEALEDSpirit knows only completion, only wholeness. Spirit is perfect Love expressing perfectly. I am a part of that expression. I am the energy of Love, expressed in human form, in turn expressing according to my intelligence. Knowing this empowers me to greater expressions of joy, abundance, and health. I hereby accept that health is the natural state of being. I hereby remove any obstacles to that expression within me.
I am healthy, radiant, and the perfect expression of Life. I accept myself as a healthy being. All of my thinking is directed toward this belief, and my feelings are consistent with an expectancy of good health. My need for dis-ease is ended. I am now open to the natural expression of wellness that desires to express within and through me. I have perfect respiration, perfect circulation, and perfect elimination. The energy of Life flows perfectly in me at all times.
Releasing any fears, and refusing to accept any lesser idea, no matter the source of that idea, I turn to the greater possibility. I turn to Spirit within me, and I know that it is complete and perfect. I accept this Power within me, and I accept my own power to direct It for good. I am healthy and radiant, right now!
I feel the gratitude within me as I realize this Truth. I give thanks that this higher idea is now manifesting in my body and in my life. I know only the Truth! I love myself! I trust the loving process unfolding within me. And so it is . . .
